As the artist, I will do my best to draw what is requested for me, even if it is a challenge. I highly suggest checking my work before making a decision on what you'd like to ask for.

Any requests submitted that I am not comfortable with will be declined. I will not draw anything illegal, problematic, or hateful.

All payment is upfront in order for me to start your commission.

Payment plans are offered for commissions such as; +50$ Commissions, Character Reference Sheet(s), Custom Design(s), etc.

Payment Plan Process: Progress starts once first payment is made, only watermarked rough draft / sketch will be shared for approval, when the other half of payment is made then commission will be worked on further with lineart, colors, and rendering.

If you are a new client, I might allow you to see a watermarked rough draft preview before you make a purchase.

Clients may be allowed to ask for revisions during the drafting/sketch stage; if you want minor changes outside of that (color, limb/portion adjustments, etc.) you will be allowed 2 fixes before needing to pay a small fee ($15) for every change after.

Any major revisions after drafting/sketch stage (pose, scene, etc.) will be asked to pay a fee half the price of the initial commission.

As the artist, I will be working at my own pace. However, if there is a rush fee applied to the commission, I will put all priority and focus on it as needed.

Please plan you order ahead of time before applying a rush fee as I will need your frequent feedback on the progress to make sure it is to your liking.

Applying a rush fee only mean prioritizing progress on a commission and does not guarantee the client's commission to be finished in a short time span.

If you have a deadline that is LESS THAN A WEEK I will not accept the commission OR I will request a higher fee to fully prioritize the commission depending on what it asked.

AS THE ARTIST I DO NOT CONSENT MY WORK TO BE USED FOR AI OR NFTs.

Personal uses are allowed to share the commission and use it for their socials; Please get permission of artist before altering commissions; Clients may not claim as their own art.

Commercial/Marketing uses will be charged a fee for commercial and/or marketing rights. Please keep this in mind before commissioning a piece for this purpose. Client will be communicated with before proceeding forward.

All Custom Designs maybe used and altered however seen fit; DO NOT RESALE FOR HIGHER THAN YOU PURCHASED.

If you have commissioned a Custom Design, you agree to let the artist share the reference in their portfolio(s) with the price listed down and commissioner's username.

Custom Designs WILL NOT be private.

As the artist, I own all rights to use commission pieces for marketing and portfolio purposes.

I do not claim ownership of characters drawn for clients unless it my own design that I have created and currently use at the time of this commission.

Personal pieces will be kept private if asked to; but will have signature on them.

I have not started and client requests for refund/cancellation.

50% of the payment will be refunded back if the commission has been started, rough drafted, or fully sketched out when a cancellation is made.

25% of the payment will be refunded back if the commission is in the process line art, coloring, or rendering process when a cancellation is made.

Please provide an email / social handle for me to communicate with you; I highly suggest having email as I check it very often.

If no feedback is given for commission during the process, I will not continue until you have approved as the commissioner.

If the commission is finished but client does not give feedback within 48 hours; the commission will be marked as completed. Client will be allowed to requests fixes if artist forgot any details or adjustments.

All progress shots will be watermarked.

Signatures will be added to all pieces but clients may request a watermark free version. DO NOT claim artwork as your own work.

DO NOT harass me for progress. Please space out the time you ask/check in for progress (7-14 days preferably) UNLESS you paid for a rush fee / have a deadline.

I will communicate with clients to inform them when or if I have started on their commission(s). If I have no reached out to you and it has been over 2-4 weeks, please feel free to reach out to me and I will update you on progress.

COMMERCIAL USE: Companies, Individuals, or Content Creators who purchase with this license can use the design/character in commercial and monetized content (must have credit displayed somewhere on socials).

COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING USE: Companies, Individuals, or Content Creators who purchase with this license can make physical and digital products that include the design/character for sales profits.
